Dr. Temidayo Ogunmoyole is a native of Araromi Obu in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State. He has been the Examination Officer of Department since 2013. He had served as the Sub-Dean, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences; Member, Postgraduate Board, Ekiti University, Ado Ekiti; Member, Academic and Research Committee (ARC) of the Postgraduate Board among others. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (NSBMB). His research interest are: Enzymology (with specific bias for detoxification enzymes) and Toxicology (with specific bias for hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity). He was appointed as the Acting Head of the Department effective 1^st August, 2021.

His academic qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech), Applied Biochemistry (2006); Master of Technology, Applied Biochemistry (2011), Federal University of Technology, Akure, Doctor of Philosophy (2018) in Biochemistry (Enzymology), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

Prior to his appointment as the Acting Head of the Department, he had served as Faculty representatives to various Faculties within the University. Dr T. Ogunmoyole has several publications in reputable journals both locally and internationally.
